EDZLMS is a registered organisation incorporated under the Companies Act, India. The following terms set out the commercial, operational and legal terms applicable to your use of the EDZLMS platform and services. By using the EDZLMS platform and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
EDZLMS provides Learning Management Services (LMS) to its users. This particular platform is specifically made as cloud bases saas platform so that whoever in need can create their own Learning Management System and use it. This is specifically created for Educators, Smaller Organisation who wants to create their own LMS quickly and with affordable cost.
By visiting this Website or the Mobile App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Website or the Mobile App, you indicate that you understand, agree and consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use/access this Website or the Mobile App. The service is only made for adults who are aged 18 years and above or as per the legal age of the respective country, who is availaing this service.

When you visit the Site, we collect and store certain information in order to improve security, analyse trends and administer the Website or the Mobile App with a view to assist us in improving customer experience. We use this information to evaluate traffic patterns on our Website or the Mobile App so that we can make it more useful to our visitors. We collect your Personal Data when you register with us, when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on our Website, the Mobile App or otherwise contact us.
Age Requirements to register and use on the Platform (“Age Requirements”): If you are a resident of India or any other country, then you must have attained at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to register and use the service; A Learner who does not fulfill the Age Requirements mentioned above (as may be revised as per applicable laws from time to time) and is desirous of registering on the Platform i.e., if a Learner is a “Minor”/ “Child”, then the Learner may use the Platform with the consent of, and under the supervision of, their parent or legal guardian (“Parent”). Accordingly, in such a case, the Parent must agree to the Platform Terms at the time of their registration on the Platform. Please note that minors/children are not by themselves eligible to register on the Platform. When a Minor/Child uses the Platform, we assume that the Parent of such Minor/Child has enabled the Minor/Child’s usage of the Platform by agreeing to the Platform Terms and that such usage is under the supervision of their Parent.At no time, EDZLMS collects or store information about Billing Information, such as debit card number, credit card number and billing address. The payment and billing information is sent to the respective payment gateway you use.
1. Fees and Billing. All fees for subscriptions, licenses, services, and other products offered by EDZLMS (collectively, the “Fees”) are set out on the pricing page or in an applicable order form. Fees are payable in the currency specified on the invoice and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. Where the subscription offers multiple billing frequencies (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly), the applicable fee is the fee displayed at the time of purchase for that billing period.
2. Payment Methods & Taxes. EDZLMS accepts the payment methods indicated on the Site (for example, Razorpay, PayPal or direct bank transfer). You are responsible for all taxes (excluding taxes based on EDZLMS’s net income), duties or other governmental assessments arising from your purchase, except where prohibited by law. EDZLMS may invoice you for applicable taxes and you agree to pay such amounts.
3. Invoicing & Late Payment. EDZLMS will issue invoices in accordance with the payment done. Invoices not paid when due are subject to interest on overdue amounts at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. If payment is not made within the due period, EDZLMS reserves the right to suspend access to the Services after reasonable notice until payment is made.
4. Price Changes. EDZLMS may change fees for its services upon notice. For existing customers, fee changes will be effective as set out in the notice and will apply to renewals unless otherwise stated in writing.
1. License Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable Fees, EDZLMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services during the subscription term for your internal business purposes only.
2. Acceptable Use. You agree not to (a) use the Services to commit illegal acts, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, engage in harassment or discrimination, or otherwise violate applicable laws; (b) attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services or to breach security or authentication measures; or (c) attempt to access data not belonging to you or to interfere with other users’ use of the Services. EDZLMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use policy.
3. Usage Limits. Certain plans may be subject to usage limits (for example: number of learners, storage, compute, or API calls). EDZLMS will communicate such limits in product documentation or the order form. EDZLMS may apply throttling, prioritize resources, or charge overage fees if usage exceeds the agreed limits.
4. User Responsibilities. You are responsible for (a) maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and restricting access to Authorised Users; (b) ensuring your use of the Services and uploaded content does not infringe any third party rights; and (c) obtaining all necessary consents for any personal data processed by EDZLMS on your behalf.
5. Content. You are responsible for uploaded content. The uploaded content MUST not infringe any third party rights; illegal, child abuse or any abusing content.
1. Cancellation. Unless the payment is receievd on time, all services provided to you will be stopped and all data/account information will be deleted with in 7 days. There is no provision of recovery of data or giving you any back up or etc. It will be sole responsibilty of the service taker to take necessary back ups. You can take the backup from inside the LMS account dashboard. Any cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for fees already paid.
2. Refunds. There is no refund of any payment. The sole reason is that for every service there is a trial preriod of 15 days, so it is the respobility of service taker to check the paltform and proceed with paid plan.
3. Shipping. There is no shipping of any services.
4. Upgrades & Downgrades. If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, EDZLMS may charge a pro-rata amount for the upgrade. However, if you downgrade, there will not be any refund made for the difference.
1. Data Processing Roles. For the purposes of data protection law, EDZLMS may act as a Processor or Service Provider in respect of data uploaded to the platform by you and your End Users. The parties’ rights and obligations with respect to personal data are governed by EDZLMS’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
2. Privacy & Notices. EDZLMS collects and processes personal data as described in its Privacy Policy. You must ensure that you have lawful basis to provide personal data to EDZLMS and that you notify data subjects as required by applicable law.
3. Security Measures. EDZLMS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access, including industry-standard encryption, authentication, backups and access controls. Notwithstanding such measures, no internet-hosted service can be guaranteed fully secure; you should maintain backups of critical data and follow recommended security best practices.
4. Data Retention & Deletion. EDZLMS retains data for the period described in its Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. On termination of the subscription, EDZLMS will retain and/or delete data in accordance with the agreement or with in the 7 days of cancellation. There is no data recovery.

1. Ownership. EDZLMS and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the platform, software, documentation and services (including all intellectual property rights). Your use of the Services does not transfer ownership of EDZLMS intellectual property to you.
2. Customer Content. You retain ownership of content uploaded by you or your End Users ("Customer Content"). By uploading Customer Content to the platform you grant EDZLMS a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, display and distribute Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the Services and as otherwise agreed in writing. You agree not to abuse the platform with sensitive, child abuse, politically driven content. This platform is solely for educational content and not for any other use.
Furthermore, you confirm that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share User-generated Content or any information on the Platform that: a. belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right; b. is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another’s privacy including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force; c. is harmful to a child; d. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of another; e. violates any law, statue, ordinance or regulation or Platform Terms; f. deceives or misleads any User about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact; g. impersonates another person; h. threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation; i. contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; j. is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person; k. False, inaccurate or misleading; l. obscene or contain pornography; m. Contain any viruses, trojan horses, worms, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data or Personal Information. Your conduct on the Platform shall strictly be in accordance with the User Guidelines and other Platform Terms.
3. Third-Party Materials. The Services may include third-party software or services subject to separate license terms. You agree to comply with those third-party terms when using such features.
4. Takedowns. EDZLMS may remove or disable access to any LMS or content that it reasonably believes infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, or that violates these Terms, and may terminate accounts for repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law.
1. Warranties. The Services are provided “as is” and EDZLMS disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, except where express warranties are set out in a written agreement.
2. Limitation of Liability. EDZLMS shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.
3. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold EDZLMS harmless from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Note: At no time, EDZLMS will be responsible for any loss or damage to the service taker.
